A 23-year-old woman was standing in Water Lane at 9.15am on Tuesday when she was attacked by an "Asian" man in tradition Muslim dress. He is described as being around 20 years old, and slim with a shaved head which had a pattern cut into it. He is also said to have a distinctive gold upper tooth. Officers are particularly interested in speaking to a man seen nearby walking a dog at the time of the incident and who may be able to assist in their inquiries.
