Kosher and Halal slaughter are equally barbaric and should be outlawed altogether. We are ALL complicit in prolonging the suffering of defenceless creatures by buying both Halal and Kosher food.

Whilst animal suffering under the auspices of both religions is abhorrent and inexcusable, the Jewish people are not shoving their food in our faces. Whereas Muslims have insinuated Halal into our supermarkets and food outlets like a sewer stench, aided and abetted by our politicians.

The problem with buying Halal is that we are also supporting terrorism because the certification process involves paying large amounts of money to muslim organisations who support terrorism.

We need CLEAR labelling of all our foodstuffs so we can decide whether to spend our money on Halal certified food products or on civilised foodstuffs.
